Is the Face Halo the way forward for removing your makeup?

As the world of skincare has become increasingly more popular, it's been more and more difficult to know what's best to use on our delicate faces and what's actually beneficial for our skin. Many opinions have circulated and 'holy grail' products have been revealed that will supposedly help to clear our skin, as well as eliminate make-up, but with all the harsh chemicals in such micellar waters, cleansing balms and even facial wipes, what's actually doing our skin good?
I've used the majority, and my face has been left oilier, dryer, redder and spottier than before, but I've finally found my own holy grail product, and I'll never go back to using anything else.
Not so long ago I discovered something called a Face Halo, a small circular flannel made up of halotech fibres, and all you have to add to it is water - no makeup removing product - just water. I was really sceptical about this, and couldn't believe how water could wash away my makeup entirely. I watched endless YouTube tutorials and reviews, but I still wasn't completely convinced until I came across Chloe Morello, a well-known YouTuber who focuses mainly on make-up, and who turns out to be a founder of the Face Halo. In this particular video she applied foundation to an orange – yes, you read correctly, the piece of fruit – and attempted to remove it with a face wipe. Our faces, like oranges, have pores which can be visible, so this was a great comparison. Fair enough, the face wipe took away the make-up, but the foundation was stuck deep inside the pores and couldn't be properly removed by the face wipe. She then used the Face Halo on another foundation covered orange, and it got rid of every. single. last. bit. Needless to say, didn't need any more convincing than that.

I finally caved and purchased the product at £7.50 from Boots, which really didn't seem too expensive to me, considering it's reusable, recyclable and non-toxic to the environment.
I can confidently say that it removed ALL of my make-up, including the stubborn waterproof mascara that I was wearing. I've used this product every single day since I bought it around two months ago, and I would never go back to a face wipe or micellar water out of choice. The difference in my skin has improved immensely, and I would 100% recommend to anyone who is suffering with problematic skin.
